It is a line, a line of 11 year long story so far.

The story of 706 began in a certain 706 room space in Wudaokou, Beijing, China. And it has been discovering and experimenting in various predicaments, growing and expanding its tubers in a variety of dense urban forests, and continuously emerging more and more dissimilar experiences and emotions. Nowadays, this piece of land, this utopia, which stores a lot of memories of people and stories, has precipitated and layered into a kind of spiritual symbol shared among members.

TheTable is a space for everyone, an open space that discards the fixed wall.

In the semantics of this space, we live in symbiosis with the environment, in symbiosis with technology, in symbiosis between the part and the whole, as Kisho Kurokawa’s idea of symbiosis suggests. We support the inclusion of multiculturalism and encourage dialogue between different backgrounds and identities, mixing out new and special lihou grey that touches the finer points of human feelings and spirituality.
